Privacy Policy

AlphaGrowth is operated by Taninnovate LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). This policy describes what data the application handles and why.

What we collect

• Instagram account data. When you connect an Instagram professional account, we receive an access token, your account ID and username, and — as you use the features — media metadata, comments on your media, and messages sent to your account, via Meta's Instagram API with your authorisation.
• We do not collect passwords. Authentication happens on Instagram's own login page.
• Auto-reply activity. When a comment triggers an auto-reply, we store the commenter's username, the comment text and whether our reply was delivered, encrypted, for 90 days, so the account owner can see which posts and replies worked. Nothing else about commenters is retained.

How we use it

• To display your account, media and comments back to you.
• To send automatic replies to comments and messages that contain a keyword you configure, on your behalf.

Storage and sharing

• Access tokens and account identifiers are stored encrypted at rest on our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), and are used solely to call Meta's APIs on your behalf.
• We do not sell data, and we do not share it with any third party other than Meta (to operate the features) and our hosting provider.

Retention and deletion

• Data is retained while your account is connected. Use Disconnect & delete my data in the app, or see Data Deletion, to remove it at any time; deletion is immediate.
• Auto-reply activity records are deleted automatically 90 days after the comment.
